We install nine calibrated data loggers — in the corners and the centre of the refrigerated space — plus an outdoor reference, reading every 5 minutes. We measure on real distribution runs, with cargo on board, not in the car park.
Both pharmaceutical regimes: cold, 2–8 °C, and ambient, 15–25 °C — each on one of the longest routes, 46–50 hours without interruption.
Any body type: from vans — Iveco Daily, Mercedes‑Benz Sprinter, Fiat Ducato, Renault Master, Peugeot Boxer — up to Schmitz semi-trailers, with Thermo King, Zanotti or Carrier units.
The Mapping Report and the Partial Performance Qualification Report: the sensor placement drawing, calibration certificates, routes with distances and durations, the recorded curves and the conclusions.
